SocialMob User Terms
By using the SocialMob website, a service of SocialMob, LLC, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use"). Violating the Terms of Use may result in the termination of your SocialMob account.
Basic Terms
1. Users must be at least 13 years of age to use SocialMob.
2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your screen name, and for keeping your password secure.
3. You must not mistreat, impersonate or intimidate other SocialMob users in any way.
4. You may not use SocialMob for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in ways that violate the rights of others. International users agree to comply with all applicable local laws.
5. You are solely responsible for all information of any kind ("Content") that you submit to or display on SocialMob.
6. You must not create, submit or forward inappropriate or unwanted email or spam to SocialMob members, or introduce any worms, viruses or destructive code of any kind.
7. While SocialMob prohibits the use of inappropriate Content, you understand and agree that SocialMob cannot be held responsible for members being exposed to such Content, and that you use the SocialMob service at your own risk.
General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the SocialMob service at any time.
2. We reserve the right to alter these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify members if, in our judgment, such alterations constitute a material change to the Terms of Use.
3. We reserve the right, in accordance with any applicable laws, to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
4. We may remove Content and/or accounts containing Content that, inour judgment are unlawful, improper or in violation of these Terms of Use.
5. The SocialMob service makes it possible to post images and text hosted on SocialMob to outside websites. This use is acceptable, but pages on other websites which display data hosted on SocialMob must provide a link back to SocialMob.
6. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames on behalf of businesses or individuals that hold legal claim or trademark on those usernames.
Copyright
1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material posted to SocialMob. Your profile, text, images and other materials uploaded remain yours, and may be removed at any time by deleting your account.
2. SocialMob operates in good faith to comply with all relevant copyright laws. We will review all claims of copyright infringement received and may remove Content deemed, in our judgment, to have been posted or distributed in violation of any such laws. To make a claim, please provide us with the following:
| a. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on its behalf; b. A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, including any registration information; c. A description of the infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit SocialMob to locate the material; d. Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email; e. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and f. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. |
